As part of our vocational training program, we started a tailoring class in the Porta Cabin parked outside the school park. We had no other place to hold the class as we had to even vacate the Center for Learning and  Skill Development - a shop we had hired in the market place sometime in 2013.   Subsequently, we hired a new place where there was more space. We enlarged the program to include more children and added new skills which included embroidery, knitting and crocheting. Later this program was expanded with the help of Savitri Polytechnic. Their teacher came to the school and implemented a structured tailoring course leading to a diploma certificate for our children.
